Total Monthly Price includes base rent and all mandatory monthly fees. Optional add-ons are shown separately and disclosed before any rental agreement is signed. Excludes variable and usage-based charges (such as utilities) and amounts due at or prior to move-in or at move-out. Security deposit may vary based on screening but will not exceed the maximum permitted under Connecticut law. Certain fees may not apply to units subject to an affordable-housing program. Utility and service charges reflect actual costs plus any administrative amount permitted by Connecticut law. Residents are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear and are required to maintain renters insurance and to activate and maintain utility services (including electricity, water, and gas) as set forth in the lease.
